Step 01 - Drawing Blueprint
According to the customer's idea, we conceptualizing the overall shape and style of the lighting fixtures. Confirming the details and drawing a blueprint.

Step 02 - Confirming Raw material
Choosing the right type of raw materials (like crystal, glass, acrylic) and then checking the surface of raw material (scratch, abrasion) and only raw materials with well-finished surface would be used. Last part is taking photo (for accountability).

Step 03 - Production
First, the raw material (iron frame) is being soldered to round, rectangle shape based on customer's requirement. Next, polishing the frame and make the surface glossy. The last part is Electroplating the whole body of iron frame.

Step 04 - Assembling
Frame assble: The metal frame is being installed piece by piece following the installation manual and ensure it's stable and balanced.
Crystal (Glass, acrylic) accessory: accounting on the amount of accessory. Each indivual accessory are attched to the frame by soldering, gluing or threading.
Electrical wiring: Electrical components such as (wiring and sockets) are carefully installed within the frame.
